Heat partners "Malcolm and Reynolds"... I love Castle's ghostwriter.

I wonder... was editor "Mitchell Perkins" intentional as well? Maybe not, but I was happy.

    Mitchell Perkins in the book is the senior editor of a big publisher... Maxwell Perkins was the editor of Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Wolfe, and many others.
